I. Product Overview

  The JGFH-JS series is a three-phase four-wire current-limiting protector, a comprehensive protector with multiple protection functions including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, earth leakage, phase loss, and neutral loss. The product features modular design, intelligent operation, and visual display, and supports the standard Modbus485 communication protocol. All protection parameters such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection can be set according to power usage requirements, ensuring that the protector can instantly cut off the power supply when faults such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, leakage current, short circuit, phase loss, and neutral loss occur in the circuit, protecting electrical equipment from damage.

II. Operating Conditions

1. On first normal power-up, there is a 20-second delay before automatic closing; on first power-up under overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, or leakage conditions, the product automatically disconnects within 3 seconds;

2. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +40°C and shall not be lower than -5°C, with a 24-hour average temperature not exceeding +35°C; at +40°C, the ambient air humidity shall not exceed 50%.

3. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.

5. The installation environment shall be free of explosive hazardous media, gases that corrode or damage insulation, conductive dust, and rain or snow.

III. Protection Parameter Setting Range

a. 1x trip time is adjustable  1-120 seconds, default is 5 seconds;

b. 1.1x trip time is less than 0.1 seconds;

c. Overvoltage protection value AC265V  setting range is 210-300V,

   trip time is 0.1 seconds, setting range: 0.1-10 seconds;

d. Undervoltage protection value AC170V  setting range is 120-200V,

    trip time is 0.1 seconds, setting range: 0.1-10 seconds;

e. Three-phase imbalance default value is P000, i.e., disabled;

f. Overcurrent setting range  

        JGFH-125JS/125 model: 32 to 125A   

        JGFH-250JS/250 model: 100 to 250A   

        JGFH-400JS/400 model: 160 to 400A

g. Residual current protection value setting range: 1 to 1000mA  , default 75mA , trip time is less than 0.1 seconds
